I felt left out when conversations came to talking about books so I decided to start reading again and blog my reviews of the books that I read. Before I knew it, I discovered a love for reading! So now I am broadening my horizon, one book at a time!
*My avatar: Linda Carter as Wonder Woman
Yesterday at a Stake Baptism (I am the secretary in our ward Primary, so I try attend each baptism that involves children in our ward) I once again watched the video that they show each time about the life of Christ. In part of the video they show a father carrying his young son, who appears to be having a seizure, to the Savior in hopes that the Lord would heal his only son. Christ asks the man if he believes that he can do this thing, and the man responds, "Lord, I believe, help thou mine unbelief" (the movie is quoting Mark 9:24).
So often I feel this way (and I think it ties right into the Scripture that you quoted from Hebrews). There are aspects of the gospel that I know beyond doubt, due to my personal experiences. In other areas, I feel like this father and with him say,"Lord, I believe, help thou MINE unbelief."
Thank you Chris for sharing this. I wanted to elaborate on the scripture verse but honestly I was too overwhelmed. It speaks volumes and quite personal for each person so I just thought I'd let it sit for the reader to ponder. --I'll have to check out that DVD, thanks.

I love your weekly scripture post!
By the way, the movie is the Finding Faith in Christ DVD
