This week I'm thankful for microwaves. I just recently discovered that you can cook cornbread in a microwave. Who knew?
Thank you Percy Spencer (inventor of the microwave ). I use the microwave everyday to warm, defrost, and/or cook food. Awesome blossom!
By the way, the cornbread turned out great. :)

I use the microwave every day too and would be somewhat lost without it. I never have tried making cornbread in the microwave though. I'll have to try it sometime.
